Training in Clinical Hypnosis

Please use this form to register for our Level Two Training course offered virtually March 30- April 1, 2023.

The fees for this training are as follows:
Member: $400 (You can join here!)
Non-Member $600
Resident/Intern/ECP: $260
Student: $215

SPECIAL OFFER: If you register for Level One and Two together, we offer a discount package as follows:
Member: $700 (You can join here!)
Non-Member $1,100
Resident/Intern/ECP: $500
Student: $400

Refund Policy
Refunds available if cancellation received by March 17, 2023, minus a $75 fee. If cancellation is received between March 18 and March 27, 2023, refunds will be given minus a $125 fee. No refunds if cancellation received after March 27. 2023.

Once you complete this registration form, you will be directed to our Payment Center where you can complete your registration.
